Data Deletion Instructions

ArikeAI respects your right to delete your data. This page explains how to request deletion of the personal data we hold about you.
How to request deletion
- By email: send a message to privacy@arike.ai with the subject “Data deletion request”, from the email or including the WhatsApp number linked to your account so we can verify you.
- In the app: sellers can also request account and data deletion from their Arike account settings.
What we delete
Once verified, we delete the personal data associated with your request, including your seller profile, catalogue, settings, stored payout details, and the conversation data tied to your account — except where we must retain certain records to meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or accounting obligations.
Buyers (your customers)
If you are a buyer who messaged an Arike-powered shop and want your data removed, email privacy@arike.ai with the WhatsApp number you used, and we will work with the relevant seller to remove your data.
Timeframe
We aim to confirm and complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. We will email you once the deletion is complete. Backups are purged on our routine backup cycle.
